Its nice to see the full uniform, but I'm hard pressed to decide if I like the skirt pink, or if I would rather it be some sort of green and pink plaid. Hmm, or both, students at my school had a hint of variety in their uniforms. Like the male students could decide if they wanna wear green or pink pants, and vice versa with the girls being able to have both kinds of skirts I mentioned. -w- But that's me over analyzing something else entirely, sorry. 
Her hair is much lighter than I expected. Hmm, maybe I should switch her hair color with Sasha? But she is cute all the same (the babyish position throws me off with the cuteness of a supposedly monotone girl.
). In any case I think this was a good idea to make as a reference pic and we'll be able to build off this. ^^
